Scope of Services and Professional Limitations

Blacksd Global UG (haftungsbeschränkt) provides strategic advisory, management consulting, organizational design, transformation support and project governance services.

Blacksd Global does not render legal advice, tax advice, auditing services, accounting services or any other activities that require admission, registration, licensing or professional authorization under applicable national or international professional regulations, including but not limited to the regulations governing attorneys, tax advisors, certified public accountants, auditors or regulated financial service providers.

Any statements, analyses, recommendations or deliverables provided by Blacksd Global are of a strategic, organizational or managerial nature only and do not constitute legal opinions, tax advice, audit opinions or regulatory assessments.

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice from appropriately licensed professionals where required by law.

Authorized Professional Services via Independent Partners

Where projects require services that are subject to professional authorization, licensing or regulatory oversight, such services are rendered exclusively by independent, duly authorized and licensed third-party professionals.

These professionals act in their own name, on their own responsibility and under their respective professional regulations. They are affiliated with Blacksd Global exclusively through strategic cooperation structures within the Global Board of Management or comparable governance frameworks.

Blacksd Global does not supervise, direct or control the professional execution of such regulated services and does not assume responsibility or liability for their content, compliance or outcomes.

No Assumption of Professional Responsibility

Blacksd Global does not assume any professional responsibility, fiduciary duty or advisory liability that would typically arise from regulated professions.

Any reliance on the materials, presentations, analyses or recommendations provided by Blacksd Global is undertaken at the client’s own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blacksd Global UG (haftungsbeschränkt), its managing partners, employees, representatives and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, reputational damage or regulatory consequences, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, materials or communications.

This limitation applies irrespective of the legal theory invoked and includes contractual, tortious or statutory claims.

Mandatory liability under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, remains unaffected.
