You apply directly to a specific partner within Blacksd. Your entry is not handled centrally, but through the partner you want to work with. This ensures alignment from the beginning. Once selected, you are integrated into active mandates and guided through real client work. Your development starts immediately within a functioning advisory structure, not in a training environment.
All partner roles operate on a self-employed basis. Blacksd is not structured as a traditional employer. You work independently within a coordinated system, take responsibility for your contribution and develop your own position over time. This creates flexibility, but also requires a high level of ownership and reliability.
Your progression is based entirely on performance. As a Junior Partner, you work within existing mandates, take on responsibility and contribute to project execution. Over time, you build your own client relationships, manage projects and generate revenue. Once you consistently operate at this level, you move into a Senior Partner role with extended responsibility and economic participation.
Yes. You are integrated into active mandates from the start. There are no simulated cases or internal training phases detached from reality. You work directly with partners on ongoing projects, which accelerates your learning curve and exposes you to real decision-making environments early on.
Your success is defined by your ability to create value. This includes contributing to client outcomes, taking ownership of responsibilities, building trust within the partner structure and developing your own mandate base. There is no fixed timeline or predefined path. Your progression reflects your performance, consistency and impact within the system.
