You work independently within a coordinated system, take responsibility for your contribution and develop your own position over time. Your progression is based entirely on performance. As a Junior Partner, you work within existing mandates, take on responsibility and contribute to project execution. Over time, you build your own client relationships, manage projects and generate revenue. Once you consistently operate at this level, you move into a Senior Partner role with extended responsibility and economic participation.
