The Board of Partners comprises all partners and is organized into several committees

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee comprises the founding partners and oversees the international development of the company. It defines the long term strategic direction, coordinates global mandates and holds the majority of voting rights in the shareholders’ assembly. In close alignment with the Senior Partners, it also determines key mandate structures and compensation frameworks.

Ricardo Dietl

CEO | Managing Partner

Ricardo Dietl is CEO and Managing Partner of Blacksd Global, advising organisations at the intersection of strategy, organisational development, brand positioning, business field development and measurable social impact. He combines 10 years of professional experience with deep expertise in scaling companies into million euro structures, developing bankable business plans, preparing KfW financing applications and translating entrepreneurial ideas into resilient operating models. Under his leadership, several institutions and initiatives have been created, including Deutscher Hilfsbund, German Relief Association, Bundesverbraucherhilfe, Federal Consumer Rights Association of Germany, Versichertenhilfe Deutschland, German Association for Policyholders’ Rights, and Deutsche Finanzhilfe, German Financial Aid Association. He has also supported numerous startups in developing strong market identities and evolving their brands towards international relevance.

Ricardo has managed and structured receivables portfolios of up to €50 million, bringing a strong command of financial discipline, process architecture and execution control into his advisory work. His focus lies in governance, growth strategy, strategic positioning, funding readiness, operational scalability and the development of business fields with clear economic and social relevance. As CEO and Managing Partner, he leads Blacksd Global with a distinctive focus on impact driven transformation, helping companies, institutions and founders align commercial performance with social value, public trust and long term growth.

Marina Schneider

CEO | Managing Partner

Marina Schneider is CEO and Managing Partner of Blacksd Global, with a strong profile in international business leadership, organisational build-up, governance and social impact. She has played a significant role in building and scaling several organisations, including Deutscher Hilfsbund, German Relief Association, and Bundesverbraucherhilfe, Federal Consumer Rights Association of Germany, while also contributing to the development of national startup structures. Her experience spans executive leadership, legal and regulatory advisory, data protection, stakeholder communication, political advocacy, governance structures, sales leadership, operational coordination and the management of professional networks.

Marina has led teams, built organisational functions and carried substantial responsibility across legal, finance, operations, governance and strategic communication contexts. Her work is shaped by a distinctly international perspective, with strong networks across Europe, the United States, Asia and particularly the Middle East. As an executive leader, she supports organisations in structuring responsibility, building resilient leadership systems, managing complex stakeholder environments and translating ambitious institutional and entrepreneurial ideas into scalable, internationally connected organisations.

Senior Partners Council

The Senior Partners Council brings together partners who combine industry expertise with entrepreneurial responsibility. Senior Partners maintain their own client relationships, originate mandates and contribute to the development of the company’s business. They participate in the company’s share capital and revenues and exercise voting rights in the shareholders’ assembly according to their respective holdings.

Alexandra Flörke

Senior Partner

Alexandra Flörke is a Senior Partner specialising in strategic C-level and corporate communications, with 10 years of experience advising global organisations across complex, regulated and reputation-sensitive environments. Her work is built on a clear conviction: in a digitalised world, brands and leaders create trust through authentic human resonance, clear positioning and credible communication. She brings deep expertise in executive positioning, brand strategy, reputation management and strategic narratives, shaped by her background in market-oriented management and her experience across international retail, chemistry, industry, healthcare, public affairs, ESG, corporate social responsibility and HR transformation.

Alexandra supports CEOs, executives and leadership teams in defining their purpose, sharpening their brand core, developing compelling narratives and aligning communication with business objectives. Her consulting approach combines structured deep-dive interviews, precise image analysis and strategic sparring to uncover the human truth behind a brand and translate it into differentiated positioning, stronger trust and sustainable growth.

Daniel R. M. Kirsch

Senior Partner

Daniel R. M. Kirsch is a Senior Partner with more than 20 years of leadership, sales and organisational experience in staffing, recruiting and professional services environments. He combines deep commercial management expertise with a strong advisory profile at the intersection of organisation, leadership, sales performance and culture. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for regional and nationwide sales organisations, teams of up to 50 people and P&L and budget responsibility of up to €35 million. His work is shaped by a strong operational mindset, international experience and a clear understanding of how strategic ambitions are translated into effective structures, leadership routines and measurable execution.

Daniel supports companies, founders and leadership teams in sharpening roles, decision paths, collaboration models, sales operating systems, leadership effectiveness and cultural alignment. His consulting approach follows a clear logic of diagnosis, structuring and implementation, combining strategic perspective with pragmatic execution, clear communication and a strong focus on sustainable organisational impact.

Maximilian Schroll

Senior Partner

Maximilian Schroll is a Senior Partner specialising in personal brand design, strategic positioning and growth communication for leaders, experts and organisations in the insurance, financial services and technology ecosystem. He helps individuals become distinctive brands by making their expertise visible, translating complex business models into clear market narratives and building positioning systems that create relevance, trust and commercial momentum. His work combines strategic advisory, communication architecture, business model development, partnership building and a deep understanding of how markets shift through demography, connectivity, technology and changing customer expectations.

As a founder, growth partner, executive advisor, certified business trainer and podcast host, Maximilian brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial execution, analytical thinking and public communication strength. He supports leaders and client brands in sharpening their identity, strengthening their market presence and moving significant brands forward through clear positioning, stronger narratives and commercially effective visibility.

Junior Partners Council

The Junior Partners Council consists of high performing professionals who contribute specialized expertise to client engagements. Junior Partners support strategic projects and participate in revenues generated through their own work. They do not maintain independent client portfolios, are not shareholders of the company and do not hold voting rights in the shareholders’ assembly.

Shabnam Sharifolmolk Hamedani

Junior Partner

Shabnam Sharifolmolk Hamedani is a Senior Partner with a distinctly international profile, specialising in cross-border business development, institutional coordination and strategic market access, with a particular focus on the Middle East. Her professional background is shaped by high-responsibility work in public health administration, crisis coordination and operational planning in Frankfurt, Europe’s leading financial and institutional hub. In her role within the public health environment, she contributed to emergency planning structures and coordinated testing-related processes across more than 12 hospitals, giving her a rare understanding of institutional resilience, stakeholder alignment and execution under pressure.

As Special Representative of the Deutscher Hilfsbund, she combines international perspective, administrative discipline and strategic relationship-building to support organisations in navigating complex environments, building trusted partnerships and translating institutional ambition into structured, credible and actionable initiatives across markets.
